What we publish, and why
KFB Leasfinanz GmbH was formed to organise, in one place, the kind of background information that municipal officers, council members and public-sector planners look for when a capital project reaches the financing stage: how projects typically move through approval, what financing routes exist, and how leasing compares with other options.
We are not a bank, a leasing broker, or a public authority, and this website does not sell or arrange any financial product. Everything on this site is written and reviewed as general-interest, educational content.
